So she has decided to research and develop her own system of teaching martial arts for children using her experiance within childcare and martial arts and promote it for the first time here in Tuam"
Born in 1965, Malcolm was a schoolboy International athlete in Track & Field.
In 1985 he started Karate in Monaghan with the only club at the time and as a beginner won his first National Tournament outright. Taking category combat winner, Overall combat winner and Team combat winner.

It was around this time he began working in Hotel Security as a doorman. There were no systems or courses available at that time so drawing on his Martial Art training and encounters in the hotels devised a basic system for Response & Restraint which he taught to all that worked with him.
Owing to a change in his main employment conditions he moved to Private Martial Art Instruction and furthered his own development with studies of Muay Thai, Bio-Energy. Diet & Nutrition and the incorporation of Sound Athletic Principles to Martial Art Training.
1996 saw a move to Galway where he continued to train alone and over the following years spent considerable time in the gym, Tri-athlon and Marathon training. After competing in a number of marathons and other events he returned to Karate.
Malcolm now trains with Sensei Scott Langley 5th Dan who is the technical director of The JKS in the UK and Ireland and attends monthly seminars around the country run by The JKS.
Malcolm returned to competition in 2009 and won the Irish International Karate Championships in the Kata division. He has a hectic schedule for 2010 beginning with the foundation of a new club 'Faolchú Martial Arts Club'.
Cellular Bio Energy,
Transforming Cellular Memory,
Reiki, Holistic House Clearing.
James has vast experience as a qualified Bio Energy Therapist, Reiki practitioner and
Transforming Cellular Memory channel.
We all have physical, emotional, mental and behavioural issues. If we do nothing about them they can have a serious impact on our lives. We may mask the symptoms for long periods of time with medication such as painkillers but the
underlining cause will still be there.
James tunes in to your energy and by using the appropriate therapy for you. He has the ability to clear the underlining issue from your body. The results can be almost immediate. For example a sixty year old man with chronic sciatica who walked with a limp was able to walk freely after only two sessions.
Cellular Bio Energy Healing is powerful but gentle and can be beneficial for
healing both physical and emotional conditions.
For example, The healing James brings through with you can encourage you to relax and clear out old, useless memories which are creating fear and tension in the body. This may cause physical symptoms such as pain, chronic aches, muscle spasm and associated problems. Cellular Bio Energy healing helps restore balance to all the systems and can help the body to recover more quickly from illness and injury. The aim of healing is to bring the body back to health, whatever the problem or symptom.

My name is Margaret Daly and I am a Certified Angel Guidance TM Practitioner.
All of my clients know that I absolutely love being a "lightworker" for the angels. I have always been interested in the angels and the angelic realm since my childhood and I know without a doubt that we all have our very own angels. We are all being watched over and protected and guided from above throughout our lives, particularly during the "rough patches" on our journey. The angels are always there to assist us, no matter how big or small our problem may be, they are only too glad and too willing to help us, but as they can't interfere with our free will, we have to ask them for their loving help and guidance first always being mindful to thank them afterwards for their assistance.
As an Angel Guidance TM Practitioner I offer the following therapies:
Angel Card Readings:
During an angel card reading I work with the client's angels to bring their messages to the client through the cards. An angel card reading brings messages of hope and clarity to people who are in situations where they need help understanding their current life lessons.
Psychic debris removal:
Psychic debris removal refers to any negative energy or entity. This form of therapy involves working with the angels to clear away the negative energy and leave the client feeling less fearful and less anxious and more at peace.
Symptoms of psychic debris include:
Attracting negative people and situations
ETHERIC CORD CUTTING:
Etheric cord cutting is a spiritual healing technique given and guided by the angels, to cut these dysfunctional cords that drain you of your energy supply and leave you feeling lethargic. Etheric cord cuttng helps clients to let go of their fears and resentments.
Etheric cords may be formed in cases where there is:
After this treatment clients notice an immediate increase in energy and a sense of peacefulness and as it is given by the angels, it is always given with the intention of being to the clients highest good.
"May your day be filled with blessings,
Like the sun that lights the sky,
And may you always have the courage,
To spread your wings and fly"

I have been training and working in the field of Ayurveda for the past seven years. Over this time I have become aware of how lifestyle choices such as diet, routine and habits, exercise and modes of thinking can be the basis of profound healing as well as the cause of disease. I feel a strong desire to incorporate this ancient wisdom and science into the West by helping others to empower themselves to make simple habitual changes in order to heal themselves. By preventing and removing disease Ayurveda helps us to optimise our vitality and experience of life.
I have studied in UK, India and Sri Lanka and have participated in an internship with Dr. Vasant Lad. I gained a deep understanding of Ayurvedic herbs while working for an organic Ayurvedic herbal company in UK www.pukkaherbs.com.
